Can not save from PN

spgc25 Member	Hello, I have been using PN2 for quite some time now. And I have had total confinidence in it, actually replacing my previous editor (ConText) with PN2. However, just a day or two ago, I can not save anything. PN2 will simple lock up. Even if I simply open PN, type Hello, then click Save. It will just sit there, not responding. Have to end PN2 with Task Manager. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, with no luck. Just looking for any sugggestions… Thanks in advance, Sean

simon Key Master	That’s very odd, are you saving to anything like a network drive or is it a local one? You could try backing up the following registry key and then deleting it to see if it makes any difference: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareEcho SoftwarePN2 Also, does this happen if you open an existing file and modify it then try to save it?

spgc25 Member	Well, to be honest, this WAS a problem for two days straight. However, today, it is again working. I will keep an eye on it… Thanks for the reply, Sean
