Extending Clips

Before I posted, I did a search on this forum and Help contents, but nowhere have I found even a brief explanation of the clips interface and instructions to successful installing a clips file.

I downloaded jquery.clips and placed it in appfolder/clips/web. Restarted PN, opened a project, selected JavaScript scheme, invoked the Insert command and… nothing happened. What SHOULD happen then?

Did you see the docs site?

http://pnotepad.org/docs/text_clips

There was a large change to the way clips work for 2.3, it may be that the clips need updating with the new style.
