Hi,
I’ve just tried the 2.3.2.2300-rc version. Unfortunately, I found that folding is not working at all.
I’ve done the test in XP and Win7 using several different file formats, thus different schemes (eg, C, Java)
I’ve also made sure that program folder and property folder from previous version were all deleted.

Oh, I’ve just found a strange behaviour by following the steps described below, hope it can help you find the cause:
1. I open a Java file (syntax highlighting is on by default)
2. I go to View > Chage Scheme (“Java” is already checked)
3. I click on “Java”
After step 3, the folding is displayed correctly! Of course, Java file is just an example. It could be other file formats.
