I'm planning to try and rewrite this bit of functionality at some point.</p> <p>The original reason for storing all the files in the .pnproj file was to allow external tools to read the file easily. A minor annoyance.</p> <p>Is this because my project contains magic folders which auto-update whenever the project is opened? </p>
