When I doubleclick a file in the File Browser, it opens a new tab for a file, even if it's already open.. Would make a lot more sense to simply change focus to the existing tab, which is what most apps do (like, say, visual studio). Thanks!
Duplicate tabs when opening from File Browser?

Bryantf I'm having the same issue, this behaviour is despite the option in Tools > General > Confirmations.

Heh, so it does! I could have sworn I tested that and it worked.

Opening from Total Commander (F4) works for me in 2.0.10.1010 on Windows XP (and I believe it also worked in previous versions of PN).

Yes, this should work everywhere else, the bug is only with the built-in file browser window.
