If you search/replace with the "Match Case" option enabled one word and then search/replace again with the same word with another casing the second time you press search/replace it change to the previous casing.
Example, you search and replace "Company" to "Client (one by one with the replace button). Then try to search and replace "company" to "client" (one by one with the search button). after the first replace of lowercase option the window return to "Company" and "Client".
